All items are made on demand, with your specific measurements and style choice therefore they are nonrefundable. ALL sales are final. If the item is damaged in some way please take a picture of the item and email touchtheheart.customerservice@gmail.com. An exchange may be possible if the item arrived damaged. All original tags should be in place and clothes should be unworn.
